FUN’damental Skills Program

The program must be completed before attending the daily WODs.

All new members, regardless of fitness level or athletic background, must complete the program before attending the daily WOD’s. The FUN’damental Skills program is a practical training session. Athletes will learn CrossFit’s basic 9 fundamental movements while gaining knowledge of our philosophy and workout regimen. We emphasize client safety, building a community and learning terminology. We explain why CrossFit is known as the “Sport of Fitness”, and the importance behind “Intensity” and give you a general advice about healthy nutritions you need for your optimal performance.

By the end of the fundamentals program, you will feel comfortable performing these movements – you will own what you’ve learned and you will be ready to join our group CrossFit classes and be on your way to achieving optimal health and fitness.

We offer 2 options to attend the Fun’damental skills program:
Small group (max. 10 members)

You can join us on Saturdays. The program lasts around 4 hours and costs €90,- p.p. and takes only one Saturday to complete, from 11.30 until 16.00.

Private Fundamentals Program

If you can not make the dates of our small group fundamentals courses, or just want to follow the course on you own time and base, you can choose to follow the course with 1 on 1 coaching, or compose your own group with friends or family members to start your CrossFit Journey together (max. 4 members). We’ll walk you through the course in a very slow and instructive mode over 4 personal training sessions, each one hour, which can be organised around your schedule and tailored to suit your training history, background and present level of ability.
